Let go of your emotional weight, for good.
A method born from personal experience, addressing the root cause for lasting change without battling against yourself.
The women who reach out to us
Have developed strong self-awareness through years of personal development or therapy.
Possess all the tools to embrace and experience their emotions but sometimes feel overwhelmed.
Do not recognize themselves in their bodies, feeling misaligned with their personalities.
Do not understand what they're escaping by eating, when everything seems fine in their lives.
With their courage and our support, they
No longer experience emotional eating urges and feel mentally lighter.
Shed their "emotional weight" without the fear of regaining it.
Feel comfortable in their bodies, dress as they wish, and find themselves pretty.
Are emotionally aligned and more confident in their personal and professional relationships.
Healthy self-esteem,
Healthy weight.
Breaking free from the automatic "I feel bad, so I eat" response becomes easier when you eliminate the feeling of "not being enough" that drives you to fill the void.

You are not weak, quite the opposite.
If someone had explained to me back then that eating whenever I felt bad was a protective mechanism, I would have spared myself so much negative self-judgment. Like you, far from being weak, I had unknowingly demonstrated incredible resilience.
I discovered that beneath the shame and guilt was a person capable of taking charge and honoring her commitment to herself.
This is the journey of discovery and liberation I invite you to embark on. This method, directly inspired by my own experience, allowed me to break free from this vicious cycle.
My deepest wish? That you, too, will never again have to “swallow” your emotions and will finally feel at peace in your mind, body, and heart.
3 steps to Freedom
Exploring avoidance mechanisms
You'll change your perspective on your behavior with food and realize it's not the only way to protect yourself. Gradually, you'll break free from the vicious cycle of eating, feeling guilty, eating again...
Facing the feeling of discomfort
You'll uncover what's behind the discomfort that drives you to escape your reality. Gradually, you'll create distance between this feeling and the triggering of your comfort-seeking mechanisms.
Integrating repressed emotions
Say goodbye to overthinking and intellectual analysis. You'll engage in body-centered introspection to discover and integrate what you've been (unconsciously) repressing, which keeps you in a state that leads to overeating.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this mentorship different from everything else I’ve tried?
This mentorship was designed by someone who has walked in your shoes. It includes only the essential theory needed to implement highly practical exercises. The work engages not just the intellect, but also the body and emotions, addressing all dimensions of your being to transform your relationship with food. This holistic approach ensures lasting changes. It’s not about techniques to "manage your emotions"—it’s a deep, transformative process that unfolds day by day.
Can the mentorship help me if I have past traumas?
The mentorship is not intended to treat unresolved or unprocessed traumas. For such issues, it’s essential to work with a qualified professional, such as a psychologist or psychiatrist. That said, some participants choose to follow the mentorship alongside therapy, using the tools to complement their sessions with their practitioner. This is entirely compatible.
For diagnosed mental health conditions, please consult your doctor or a healthcare professional for appropriate support. The mentorship is not a substitute for medical or therapeutic treatment.
How long does the mentorship last? And how much time will it require each week?
The mentorship lasts for 3 months, and you’ll retain access to the self-coaching platform for 1 year. On average, you’ll need to dedicate about 3 hours per week to the process. Beyond the time commitment, the journey requires a significant emotional investment to fully engage with the exercises and achieve meaningful change.
Is the mentorship compatible with an existing program (therapy, dietitian, etc.)?
Yes, absolutely. The tools and methods of the mentorship are designed to foster autonomy, helping individuals better understand, respect, and meet their own needs. This naturally complements any work you’re already doing with your practitioner.
It’s important to note that this mentorship is not intended to replace other forms of support. It can be pursued as a standalone program or as a complement to another approach.
